1 lbs of salmon 
4 salmon fillet ( keep skin on)
2 tbsp Tandoori Heaven blend 
1 tbsp Greek yogurt
2 tbsp olive oil
1 lemon (zest & juice)
2 garlic clove (minced)
Fresh cilantro (for garnish)
Salt & pepper (to taste)

    Combine Tandoori Heaven spice, olive oil, yogurt, lemon zest, juice, and garlic in a bowl. Wash and pat dry salmon, then coat with marinade; refrigerate for 30 mins. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place marinated salmon skin-side down on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 mins. Let it rest, then garnish with cilantro and a lemon wedge.

    For extra flavor, sear marinated salmon fillets in a hot pan for 1-2 minutes per side before baking. This creates a delicious crust while sealing in the juices!
