Where are your spices sourced from?
Flora and Mana sources spices from local farmers, markets, and manufacturers in the U.S., as well as from countries worldwide. Our Purchasing team works in sync with global harvest seasons to ensure both affordability and high-quality products.
Are your spices organic and non-GMO?
Our primary focus is on sourcing organically grown ingredients, though some small-batch farms may not have organic certification. All our spices are non-GMO.
What is the recommended storage method for spices?
Store spices in airtight containers, away from air, heat, and light. Our jars and bags work well when properly stored, but avoid keeping spices above the stove as heat can damage essential oils.
Do you provide free shipping?
Yes, we provide complimentary shipping for orders exceeding $49.99.
What is the typical shipping time?
It takes 3-5 business days for order processing, followed by an extra 2-6 days for shipping.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States using USPS or FedEx.
Is my payment information stored?
No, Flora and Mana does not store or access your credit card information. Shopify Payments securely processes all transactions, and we also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay with two-factor authentication for enhanced security.

Can I return or exchange items?
