Buttery garlic sautéd green beans

1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
1  tbsp olive oil
1-2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, sliced thin
½  teaspoon Garlic of Eden seasoning
salt to taste

    To begin, blanch the beans by bringing a large saucepan of water with a pinch of salt to a boil. Add the beans and cook for two minutes until they turn bright green. Drain the beans and rinse them under cold water to cool.
    Next, sauté the beans by heating oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and green beans, then toss them with butter for about two minutes until the garlic becomes lightly golden and crispy. Sprinkle Eden seasoning and salt, and cook for one more minute before giving them a final toss.
    Finally, transfer the beans to a serving bowl and serve them hot!
