Kick Up Your BBQ Game with Creole Corn Ribs!

I'm super excited to share my latest culinary adventure - Creole Corn Ribs! Forget about the same old corn on the cob, we're amping things up a notch (or ten) with a symphony of flavors that'll leave your taste buds dancing!

Our Creole Corn Ribs are all about making corn fun, and seriously mouthwatering. Think charred, tender kernels, with a Creole Kick seasoning that’ll make your tongue sing. And just when you thought things couldn't get more delicious, we serve these fiery ribs with a zingy homemade Creole Mayo Sauce for the perfect dunk.

Oh, and did I mention the final flourish? A glossy brush of garlic butter, a tangy squeeze of fresh lime, and, if you're feeling daring, a sprinkling of parmesan, jalapenos, and fresh cilantro to elevate the experience. Once you take a bite, you'll know what I mean!

I can guarantee these corn ribs are going to be the star of your next BBQ or family gathering. And they vanish faster than you can say "Creole"! But don’t worry, I’ve got your back. Let's dive into the recipe so you can bring the party to your own kitchen!

Creole Corn Ribs Recipe

Ingredients for Creole Kick Corn Ribs:

  • 4 ears of fresh corn, shucked
  • 4 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 lime, cut in half
  • 1 tablespoon of Creole Kick seasoning
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced

Ingredients for Creole Mayo Sauce:

  • ¼ cup of mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup of sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of Creole Kick Carnival seasoning

For the garlic butter:

  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic

  • Fresh chopped cilantro
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Chopped jalapeños
  • Limes

Cooking Instructions:

  • Prep the Creole Mayo Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the mayo, sour cream, lime juice, minced garlic, and Creole Kick Carnival seasoning. Keep it chilled in the fridge.
  • Prep the Corn Ribs: Preheat your grill or oven or to 400ºF (200ºC). Secure each corn cob on a steady cutting board and split it into 4 equal “ribs”.  It takes a bit of muscle, so be careful.
  • Season the Corn Ribs: Blend your olive oil, Creole Kick seasoning, and minced garlic, then brush this mixture over the corn ribs.
  • Cook the Corn Ribs: Grill or bake in the oven for 25 until they’re tender and slightly charred.
  • Plate it up: Brush your corn ribs with melted butter and minced garlic. Arrange on a platter, add a squeeze of lime, and garnish with parmesan, jalapenos, and fresh cilantro. Serve with the chilled Creole mayo sauce.

Enjoy, and remember to let the good times roll!
